E-Sports Group becomes license holder for Exel pole products

EXEL COMPOSITES PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 22.7.2011 at 9.50 E-SPORTS GROUP BECOMES LICENSE HOLDER FOR EXEL POLE PRODUCTS Exel Composites Plc has entered into a trademark license agreement with E-Sports Group Oy in relation to Exel's pole products. The license agreement covers the use of the Exel trademark with regards to poles for skiing, Nordic Walking and Nordic Blading. The agreement will be in effect from 1 August 2011. E-Sports Group is the license holder for Exel floorball products. “Exel is a strong and renowned pole brand. I believe that bringing both the floorball and pole products in the same company will enhance Exel brand's position on the sports equipment market”, Mr. Marko Kauppi, Chairman of the Board of E-Sports Group, says. “We are pleased to have found a solution for the pole products.
