Johan Elfstadius Appointed Citycon's Head of Swedish Operations and Member of the Corporate Management Committee

CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Release 29 July 2011 at 14.00 hrs Johan Elfstadius (b. 1973) has been appointed Citycon Oyj's Vice President, Swedish Operations and member of the Corporate Management Committee. Mr. Elfstadius is Swedish citizen and has M.Phil. degree in Land Economy and B.Sc. degree in Constructional Engineering and Finance. He is expected to take up his position on 1 December 2011. Ulf Attebrant, Vice President of Citycon's Swedish Operations will continue as VP of Swedish Operations until then. Johan Elfstadius will join Citycon from the position of Managing Director at CB Richard Ellis AB. Prior to that he held the position of Managing Director at Colliers International AB. Both CB Richard Ellis and Colliers International are major players in real estate advisory services. Further, Mr. Elfstadius has several years of experience from working as an Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle AB, meaning that he has over ten years' experience in real estate business altogether. “Citycon welcomes Johan as an experienced and well-known professional in the Swedish property market.
