GPI S.p.A. (GPI:IM), a leading company in IT Solutions and Healthcare and Social Services, listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana, announces its financial calendar of 2021, pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of the Regulations of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.:
Approval of the consolidated financial statements and of the draft of separated financial statements by December 31, 2020
Approval of the financial statements by 31 December 2020
Approval of the interim financial report by 30 June 2021
The market will be promptly notified of any amendment to the above calendar.
