TIM: AGREEMENT WITH DAZN CONFIRMED

Rome, 22 February 2021

With reference to today's press rumours concerning an agreement between TIM and DAZN for the distribution via streaming of Serie A matches for the next three seasons, TIM clarifies that:

• it is not participating in the tender process announced by the Lega Calcio to assign television rights for the three-year period 2021/2024;

• it has signed an agreement to supplement the already existing distribution agreement, also in economic terms, conditional upon DAZN being awarded the aforementioned tender. Under the agreement, TIM would qualify as the reference telephone and Pay TV operator offering DAZN content in Italy as well as for the technological partnership. The collaboration would kick off in July 2021 and would include DAZN's full offer of live and on demand sports content.
