TIM: RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR MASSIMO FERRARI

Rome, 22 February 2021

TIM S.p.A. announces that the independent director Massimo Ferrari, member of the Sustainability and Strategies Committee and of the Control and Risk Committee, has resigned effective as of today.

His resignation is due to increased undertakings that will prevent him from showing the same level of commitment to the TIM Group he has demonstrated until now.

As of today, Mr Ferrari holds 520,000 ordinary shares and 46,000 savings shares in TIM.
