TAMBURI INVESTMENT PARTNERS ENTRA NEL GRUPPO DOVEVIVO

A StarTIP il 20% della Holding di DoveVivo, leader europeo nel co-living

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. (TIP – MI) – investment / merchant bank indipendente e diversificata quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – annuncia che StarTIP S.r.l. ("StarTIP"), società controllata al 100% da TIP che concentra le partecipazioni in start-up e in società attive nell'area del digitale e dell'innovazione, ha acquisito, attraverso un aumento di capitale, il 20% circa di DV Holding S.p.A., società controllante del gruppo DoveVivo. DoveVivo è la più grande co-living company d'Europa, presente in 13 città tra Italia, Francia e Spagna, con oltre 1.500 immobili in gestione, per circa 8 mila posti letto, trecentomila mq, per un valore stimato del portafoglio immobiliare che si avvicina al miliardo di euro.

La società è inoltre una delle più attive e innovative "prop-tech company" nel panorama italiano ed europeo, capace di innovare in un settore tradizionale quale quello immobiliare attraverso l'applicazione di tecnologie best of breed e scalabili, per fornire servizi integrati e avanzati alle proprie community di proprietari, investitori e clienti.

Le risorse raccolte verranno utilizzate nell'ambito di un aumento di capitale promosso dagli attuali soci di DoveVivo di complessivi 30 milioni di euro finalizzato a rafforzare l'ambizioso piano di crescita nel co-living ed in altri segmenti del mercato residenziale in Italia e ad accelerare sia l'espansione all'estero, sia gli investimenti tecnologici in corso.

Per il gruppo DoveVivo si tratta di una tappa importante nel percorso di crescita, che testimonia la capacità di attrarre investitori di primissimo piano e con un track record di grande successo, facendo leva sulla resilienza e la solidità del modello di business dimostrata anche in un contesto complesso come quello attuale.

TIP si unisce ad un gruppo di investitori di primario standing già parte della compagine sociale di DoveVivo fra cui: Tikehau Capital, Istituto Atesino di Sviluppo, altri investitori, dipendenti e business angel, e i due soci fondatori e azionisti di controllo Valerio Fonseca e William Maggio.

La partecipazione in DoveVivo si andrà ad aggiungere a quelle già detenute da StarTIP in Bending Spoons, Talent Garden, Digital Magics, Buzzoole, Alkemy, Telesia, Centy e Mywowo.

StarTIP acquires 20% of the Holding of DoveVivo, European leader in the co-living space

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. (TIP - MI) - independent and diversified investment / merchant bank listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - announces today that StarTIP S.r.l. ("StarTIP") - a 100% controlled company belonging to TIP and primarily investing in start-ups and companies operating in the digital and innovation fields - acquired, through a capital increase, about 20% of DV Holding S.p.A., parent company of the DoveVivo group. DoveVivo is the largest co-living company in Europe, present in 13 cities in Italy, France and Spain, with a portfolio of over 1,500 rental units under management, for approximately 8 thousand rooms, three hundred thousand square meters, for an estimated value of the real estate portfolio approaching one billion euros.

The company is also one of the most dynamic and innovative "prop-tech companies" on the Italian and European market, capable of bringing innovation in a traditional sector such as the real estate one, through the use of best-of-breed and scalable technologies, to provide integrated and advanced services to its communities of property owners, investors and clients.

The fund raised, part of a capital increase promoted by DoveVivo's current shareholders, for a total value of 30 million euros, is aimed at strengthening the ambitious growth plan in the co-living segment and in other areas of the Italian residential market, as well as accelerating both the expansion abroad and the ongoing technological investments.

For DoveVivo group this is an important step in its growth path, demonstrating its ability to attract toplevel investors with a successful track-record, leveraging the resilience and soundness of its business model, also shown in a challenging context such as the current one.

TIP joins a group of prestigious standing investors who are already part of DoveVivo's shareholder structure, including: Tikehau Capital, Istituto Atesino di Sviluppo, other investors, employees and business angels, and the two founding partners and controlling shareholders Valerio Fonseca and William Maggio.

The stake in DoveVivo will join those already held by StarTIP in Bending Spoons, Talent Garden, Digital Magics, Buzzoole, Alkemy, Telesia, Centy and Mywowo.
