Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. (TIP – MI) – investment / merchant bank indipendente e diversificata quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – annuncia che StarTIP S.r.l. ("StarTIP"), società controllata al 100% da TIP che concentra le partecipazioni in start-up e in società attive nell'area del digitale e dell'innovazione, ha acquisito, attraverso un aumento di capitale, l'8% circa di Alimentiamoci S.r.l., Società Benefit e start-up innovativa che, prima in Italia, attraverso il sito Planeat.eco promuove un nuovo modo di fare la spesa alimentare, semplice e veloce e offre ai propri utenti - famiglie, single e aziende - la possibilità di pianificare i pasti settimanali acquistando kit online di ingredienti di qualità, freschi e preparati per la realizzazione delle ricette. Grazie anche alle competenze maturate dal fondatore ed amministratore delegato Nicola Lamberti, tra i pionieri del digitale in Italia, la società ha una forte competenza tecnologica ed una profonda conoscenza dei processi legati all'e-commerce.

La quota in Alimentiamoci si aggiunge a: Bending Spoons, DoveVivo, Talent Garden, Digital Magics, Buzzoole, Alkemy, Telesia, Centy e Mywowo, partecipate da StarTIP.

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. (TIP - MI) - independent and diversified investment / merchant bank listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - announces that StarTIP S.r.l. ("StarTIP"), a 100% controlled company belonging to TIP and primarily investing in startups and companies operating in the digital and innovation fields, acquired, through a capital increase, approximately the 8% of Alimentiamoci S.r.l., Benefit Corporation and innovative start-up that, as a first mover in Italy, through the web site Planeat.eco promotes a new way of shopping for food, simple and fast and offers its users – families, singles and companies – the possibility to plan weekly meals acquiring online kit of high quality and fresh ingredients and boxes for the creation of recipes. Thanks to the skills acquired from its founder and CEO Nicola Lamberti, among the pioneers of digital in Italy, the company has a strong technology know how and deep knowledge of processes related to e-commerce.

The stake in Alimentiamoci will join the ones in Bending Spoons, DoveVivo, Talent Garden, Digital Magics, Buzzoole, Alkemy, Telesia, Centy and Mywowo, held by StarTIP.
