Helsinki, 2011-09-23 13:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revenio Group Corporation Stock exchange release, September 23, 2011 at 2.00 p.m. ICARE FINLAND OY TO ESTABLISH A SUBSIDIARY IN THE UNITED STATES Icare Finland Oy, a subsidiary of Revenio Group Corporation, will establish a subsidiary in Kansas City, Missouri, United States. The new subsidiary will focus on sales of Icare products. John Floyd (41) has been appointed CEO of the new company. Mr Floyd was previously USA Business Manager of Icare Finland Oy. The new company Icare USA Inc is planned to be effective as of 1 January 2012.
