CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Release 26 September 2011 at 9:00 hrs The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has on 23 September 2011 approved Citycon Oyj's (the “Company”) registration document which complies with the Finnish Securities Market Act and contains information on the Company, its business operations and its financial position (the “Registration Document”). The Registration Document is valid for a period of up to 12 months following its publication.
