SOSPENSIONE DELL'ESERCIZIO DEI WARRANT

Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. ("Fine Foods" o la "Società") rammenta che ai sensi del Regolamento dei "Warrant Fine Foods N.T.M. S.p.A." (il "Regolamento"), l'esercizio dei Warrant è automaticamente sospeso dalla data (esclusa) in cui il Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società convoca l'Assemblea degli Azionisti per l'approvazione del bilancio di esercizio (e, pertanto, a decorrere dal 30 marzo 2021 escluso) sino alla data (inclusa) in cui la stessa avrà luogo e, comunque, sino alla data (esclusa) dell'eventuale stacco dei dividendi deliberati dall'Assemblea.

WARRANTS' EXERCISES SUSPENSION

Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. ("Fine Foods" or the "Company") announces that, pursuant to the "Fine Foods N.T.M. S.p.A." Warrants Regulation (the "Regulation"), the exercise of Warrants is automatically suspended from the date (excluded) in which the Company Board of Directors resolved to convene a Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements (30 March 2021 excluded) up to the date (included) in which it took place and up to any ex-dividend date (excluded) set by the Shareholders' Meeting.
