Milan, 29 th March 2021 – Please be informed that the Annual Financial Report as at 31 December 2020 (including the draft of Statutory Annual Accounts and Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2020 with the related Directors' Management Report and the required Statements) and the 2020 Consolidated Non-Financial Statements, both accompanied by the Reports issued by the Independent Auditors, as well as the Report issued by the Board of Statutory Auditors are available to the public, as of today, at the Company's registered office and published on the Company's website (www.recordati.it, Investors - Shareholders' Meeting section) and on the '' storage mechanism ().
The Directors' Report relating to item no. 1 (financial statement's approval and allocation of profit) of the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for 20th April 2021 is available to the public in the same modalities.
