Pesaro, 31 march 2021- Biesse S.p.A. announces that on 31 March 2021 the following documents have been made publicly available at the Company's registered offices and on its website www.biessegroup.com (Investor Relations section) and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and the centralised information storage mechanism authorised by Consob which may be accessed at (a) The complete Annual Financial Statements for the 2020 financial year, (b) the Non-Financial Information Report – Sustainability Report, (c) the Reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and (d) the Independent Auditors' Report on the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020; (e) the Report on Corporate Governance; (f) the Remuneration Report; (g) the Independent Auditors' Report regarding the Sustainability Statement as scheduled by the actual laws.
