NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 31 March 2021 approved, amongst other things, the Financial Statements of the Company as at 31 December 2020 and resolved, for the 2020 financial year, the allocation of a dividend, through distribution of part of the profits for the year, for the following amounts: € 0.0100 (gross of withholding taxes) for each ordinary share (coupon no. 12) and € 0.0275 (gross of withholding taxes) for each savings share (coupon no. 18) in favour of shares outstanding on 22 June, 2021 (record date).

The dividend will be paid from 23 June 2021 (ex-dividend date 21 June 2021) through authorized intermediaries.
