NOTICE OF SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING DOCUMENTATION FILING

S.p.A. announces that today, under article 2429 of the Italian Civil Code, the following documents relating to the agenda of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, convened on 21 April 2021, at 10 am, in single call (as published in the daily newspaper Il Sole24Ore on 6 April 2021) have been filed at the Company's registered office in Zingonia-Verdellino (BG), Via Berlino 39:

• The 31 December 2020 Annual Financial Report, consisting of: the 31 December 2020 Draft Financial Statements, the Directors' Annual Report, Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of the Auditing Company on the 31 December 2020 Financial Statements
• The Directors' explanatory report on the agenda items of the Shareholders' Meeting.
