MARTELA CORPORATION'S FINANCIAL REPORTING 2012

Martela Corporation's financial statements for 2011 will be published on Wednesday 8 February 2012.

Three interim reports will be published in 2012:

• January-March(Q1)on Friday 27 April 2012

• January-June (Q2)on Friday 3 August 2012

• January-September(Q3)Friday 26 October 2012

The Annual Report for the year 2011 will be published on Martela's Web pages during week 9.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 14 March 2012 at 15.00. The Board of Directors will summon the meeting on company's web pages at a later date. A shareholder who wishes to include a matter on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting should submit such request in writing by 11 January 2012 to Martela Oyj, Board of Directors, P.O. Box 44, 00371 Helsinki, Finland.

The financial statement and the interim reports will be published in Finnish and English on the company's website www.martela.fi and www.martela.com
