CONSOB HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE UPDATE OF THE KID ON "UNIDATA WARRANT 2020-2022"

Rome, April 16, 2021 - Unidata S.p.A., operator of Telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the AIM Italia market of Borsa Italiana, communicates that on April 14, 2021 it notified CONSOB of the KID (Key Information Document) relating to the "Warrant Unidata 2020-2022" (ISIN Code: IT0005402968) as provided for in Article 4 - decies of the TUF with reference to PRIIPs (Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products), as per EU Regulation no.1286/2014. The KID, a summary and standardized information document prepared in accordance with the European Regulation on PRIIPs, depicts to the investor the characteristics of the investment product in a simple and comprehensible manner, making the various financial products comparable and increasing the degree of transparency of the information. The KID on the "Warrant Unidata 2020-2022" is available to the public at the Company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana and on the Company's website www.unidata.it in the Investors/Warrant section.
