Bologna, the 27th April 2021 - Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna informs that the Bologna Customs Office on 20th April 2021 notified to the subsidiary company Fast Freight Marconi S.p.A., in its capacity as so-called customs declarant and indirect representative, three assessment notices following controls on some import operations of personal protective equipment carried out, on behalf of third-party importers, in the context of the Covid-19 emergency and also addressed to Emilia Romagna healthcare settings. The overall risk currently estimated on the basis of these notices for FFM S.p.A. amounts to approximately 4.3 million euros. FFM and the Group believe that they are the injured party, also unrelated to the matter on the basis of the documentation already sent to their lawyers, subject to defense with any appropriate legal action.

Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport, classified as a "strategic airport" in the centre-north area of the National Airports Plan prepared by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, in 2020 - a year affected by the global pandemic - 2.5 million passengers were recorded, ranking as the eighth Italian airport in terms of number of passengers (Source: Assaeroporti).
