The activity result of 12 months, 2011

Kaunas, Lithuania, 2012-01-24 16:07 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Company's unaudited activity result of 12 months of the year 2011 (December 31, 2011) according to International accounting standards is a net profit of LTL 13,606 thousand (EUR 3,941 thousand), and a net profit of the Group is LTL 13,704 thousand (EUR 3,969 thousand). The net profit of the Group and the Company as compared to net profit of the year 2010 (Group's - LTL 4,167 thousand (EUR 1,207 thousand), Company's - LTL 3,737 thousand (EUR 1,082 thousand)) increased due to the fine in amount of LTL 5,420 thousand (EUR 1,570 thousand) which was received from defendant UAB Kauno termofikacijos elektrinė and due to the change in reduction of realization value of receivables. Sales income of the Company during the period of 12 months of the year 2011 is LTL 308,622 thousand (EUR 89,383 thousand). The income of the Group is LTL 309,345 thousand (EUR 89,592 thousand). The most influence on the increase of Group's and Company's sales income as compared to activity results of the year 2010 (Group's - LTL 306,856 thousand (EUR 89,510 thousand), Company's - LTL 305,441 thousand (EUR 88,462 thousand)) had a change in price of fuel and a heat bought, which has influenced a final price of the heat sold.
