BANCA SISTEMA: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTS GIANLUCA GARBI AS CEO

Milan, 30 April 2021

Following the renewal of the Board of Directors approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 30 April 2021, the Board of Directors of Banca Sistema SpA, during the meeting held today, resolved to appoint Mr Gianluca Garbi as Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, thus conferring the delegated powers. Mr Gianluca Garbi maintains the position of General Manager of the Bank.

The above resolutions ensure the continuity of Banca Sistema's executive.
