ANNOUNCEMENT OF PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION RELATED TO THE ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD ON 31 MAY 2021

Rome, 30 April 2021 – With reference to the Ordinary General Meeting of Atlantia SpA's called today for 31 May 2021 at 14.00, on single call, it is announced that the Board of Director's Report on the sole item of the agenda "Disposal of the entire stake held in Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. by Atlantia S.p.A. in favour of the consortium formed by CDP Equity S.p.A., the Blackstone Group International Partners LLP and Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 6 SCSp.", together with the relevant documentation, is made available at the Company's offices in Rome, Via Alberto Bergamini no. 50, on the Company's website (http://www.atlantia.it/en/investors/general-meetings) and on the authorised storage mechanism ().

Pursuant to art. 125-bis, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 58/1998 the extract from the notice of call will be published in the daily newspaper "Il Sole24Ore" on 1 May 2021.
