(DIB:MI), international publisher of videogames listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana, announces that the Board of Directors for the approval of the Quarterly Report at March 31st , 2021, will take place on Monday May 10th, 2021 instead of Wednesday May 12th , 2021, as previously announced.
