Procedures for registration and access to the Extraordinary and Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Unidata S.p.A.

Rome, May 10, 2021 - Unidata S.p.A., a telecommunications operator with a significant presence in Rome and Lazio, listed on AIM Italy, announces the procedures for accessing the Extraordinary and Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, convened in a single call for May 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., electronically in accordance with and pursuant to Article 106, paragraph 4, of Decree-Law No. 18 of March 17, 2020 (so-called "Cura Italia" Decree). In order to be accredited for the Shareholders' Meeting, a "meeting" has been created on Zoom that requires registration at the following link:

The registration process involves filling in a form, receiving an e-mail confirming registration, and a subsequent e-mail containing the link to which to connect in order to participate in the telematic assembly containing the password (numeric code) to complete access.
