PUBLISHED THE MINUTES OF THE GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 28 APRIL 2021 AND THE UPDATED ARTICLE OF ASSOCIATION

Rome, 10 May 2021 - Atlantia announces that, pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations, the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Atlantia SpA's shareholders, held on 28 April 2021, are made available to the public at the Company's office in Rome, via Alberto Bergamini n.50, on the Company's website https://www.atlantia.it/en/investors/meetings/meeting-28-april-2021 and on the storage platform called ().

The present notice will be published on the Italian newspaper "Milano Finanza" on 11 May 2021.

It is also announced that on 7 May 2021 the updated version of the Article of Association has been registered in the Company Register of Rome.
