CHANGE IN PUBLICATION OF TELESTE CORPORATION´S ANNUAL REPORT

TELESTE CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 28.2.2012 AT 16:30 CHANGE IN PUBLICATION OF TELESTE CORPORATION´S ANNUAL REPORT Teleste Corporation's Annual Report 2011 and financial statements for the accounting period of 1 January-31 December 2011 will be published on March 13th 2012, instead of week 12 as earlier announced, in English and Finnish on the company's website at www.teleste.com. The Annual Report includes the financial statements, the Board of Directors' report and the Auditors' report. The printed Annual Report will be published during week 12 as earlier announced. Teleste will also publish its Corporate Governance Statement 2011 together with the Annual Report 2011. The Corporate Governance Statement will be published separately from the Board of Directors' report and it is available on Teleste's website.
