DOVRE GROUP PLC’S SHARE SUBSCRIPTION PRICE WITH STOCK OPTIONS 2010C AND MARKET VALUE OF THE OPTION SERIES

Espoo, Finland, 2012-04-16 09:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dovre Group Plc Stock exchange bulletin April 16, 2012 at 10:15 am DOVRE GROUP PLC'S SHARE SUBSCRIPTION PRICE WITH STOCK OPTIONS 2010C AND MARKET VALUE OF THE OPTION SERIES The share subscription price for Dovre Group Plc stock option 2010C is EUR 0.38 per share (the average daily price of the share on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. during January 1 - March 31, 2012). A total of 775,000 new shares or existing shares held by the company can be subscribed for with stock options 2010C. The share subscription period for stock options 2010C will be March 1, 2014 - February 28, 2017. The theoretical market value of a stock option 2010C is EUR 0.11 per stock option. The theoretical market value of the stock option series is thus approximately EUR 82 thousand. The theoretical market value of one stock option has been calculated by using the Black & Scholes stock option pricing model with the following input factors: share price EUR 0.41, share subscription price EUR 0.38, risk free interest rate 1.5%, validity of stock options 5.0 years, volatility 30.4%, and expected dividend yield 2%.
