Eurotech S.p.A. (la "Società") rende noto che in data odierna il dott. Gaetano Rebecchini ha rassegnato le dimissioni dalla carica di sindaco effettivo della Società, con efficacia immediata, in ragione dei limiti al cumulo degli incarichi previsti dalla normativa vigente.
Per l'effetto, ai sensi di legge e di statuto, subentra nella carica di sindaco effettivo, fino alla prossima assemblea, il dott. Pietro Biagio Monterisi, attuale sindaco supplente, facente parte dell'unica lista presentata in occasione della nomina degli organi di amministrazione e controllo da parte dell'assemblea del 28 aprile 2020.

Eurotech S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that Mr. Gaetano Rebecchini resigned today from his position as Statutory Auditor of the Company, with immediate effect, due to the limits on the accumulation of offices provided for by current legislation.
As a consequence, pursuant to the law and the Articles of Association, Mr. Pietro Biagio Monterisi, who is currently a Substitute Statutory Auditor and belongs to the only list submitted during the appointment of the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 28, 2020, takes over the position of Statutory Auditor until the next Shareholders' Meeting.
The curriculum vitae of Mr. Monterisi, already made available to the public for the Shareholders' Meeting of April 28, 2020, can be consulted on the Company's website at www.eurotech.com (Investor Relations / Corporate information section).
Based on the information available to the Company, neither Mr. Rebecchini nor Mr. Monterisi hold shares in Eurotech.
