Subscription of shares with KONE Corporation 2007 option rights and change in holding of treasury shares

KONE Corporation, stock exchange release, April 25, 2012 at 9.45 a.m. EET A total of 643,202 KONE class B shares have been subscribed for with 2007 option rights. The subscribed shares have been delivered to the subscribers on April 25, 2012. In accordance with KONE Corporation's Board of Directors' resolution, the subscriptions were made using treasury class B shares held by KONE Corporation. After the subscription and delivery of the shares, KONE Corporation holds 5,153,148 of its own class B shares on April 25, 2012.
