Publication of Regulation of BFF Banking Group for the management of transactions with persons in conflict of interest and of the Policy on internal controls adopted by BFF Banking Group for the management of conflicts of interest

Milan, 30th June 2021 – The Board of Directors of BFF Bank S.p.A. ("BFF" or the "Bank"), following today's meeting and the positive opinion of the Related-Party Transactions Committee and the Board of Statutory Auditors, has approved, inter alia, i) the Regulation of BFF Banking Group for the management of transactions with persons in conflict of interest, as well as ii) the Policy on internal controls adopted by BFF Banking Group for the management of conflicts of interest. The documents thus updated adopt the new provisions introduced by Consob, with Resolution n° 21624 of 10th December 2020, in Consob Regulation n° 17221 of 12th March 2010.

The aforementioned documentation has been made available to the public, at the Bank's registered office in Milan – Via Domenichino n. 5, as well as in the Investors > Governance > Procedures and Regulations > Related-Party Transactions section of BFF Group's website.
