Rome, 15 July 2021 – following the 8th July public announcement, the Information Document for related party transactions of greater significance, regarding the decision not to exercise the co-investment right for the acquisition of a 3.4% stake in Cellnex Telecom SA, resulting from the agreement entered into with Edizione Srl and its subsidiaries, Sintonia SpA and ConnecT SpA (now ConnecT Due Srl), on 24 July 2018, and subsequently amended, is available to the public at the Company's website (www.atlantia.it/en/corporategovernance/regulatedinformation) and on the authorised storage platform ().
This Document has been prepared in accordance with art. 5 of the Regulation adopted by the CONSOB with Resolution 17221 of 12 March 2010, as amended, and article 6.2(i) of Atlantia SpA's Procedure for Related Party Transactions.
