SOLTEQ TO REORGANIZE ITS ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

Solteq Plc STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN 22.5.2012 at 4.30 pm Solteq Group will change its organizational structure and Management Team starting 1.7.2012 as part of integration of the aqcuisition announced in 20.3.2012 to sharpen and accelerate the acting as a new company according to the acquisition plan and Solteq Group´s strategy. Solteq Plc's Management Team as of 1 July 2012 will consist of: Repe Harmanen, CEO and Chairman of the Management Team Kai Hinno, Director, Continuity Services Tiina Honkiniemi, Director, Wholesale trade, Logistics and Services Mari Kuha, HR Director, Human resources and office services Antti Kärkkäinen, CFO, Finance, Law and IT Petri Lindholm, Director, Grocery and special retail, HoReCa Matti Saastamoinen, Director, Optimisation of supply and services processes Mika Sipilä, Director, Sales Riina Tervaoja, Director, Projects The new member of the management group is Petri Lindholm, 52, a Business College graduate who is responsible for solutions in the Grocery and Special retail trade and HoReCa segment. He has worked in various managerial tasks at Solteq Retail (formerly Aldata Solution Finland), most recently sales manager from 2007 - 2010 and then as service manager from 2011. Among other positions he has held, he has worked as managing director of Modern Computers Oy, part of the Modern Soft company group and as manager responsible for Modern Soft customer relations. Mrs Jenna Järnstedt will have a maternity leave. CFO Mr Antti Kärkkäinen will continue to serve as the deputy CEO. As of the beginning of July 2012, Solteq Plc's reported segments are: - Grocery and special retail, HoReCa - Wholesale trade, Logistics and Services -Optimisation of supply and services processes The aim of the segmentation is to respond to customer demand as a field total supplier and therefore to improve the availability of services and ease for our customers. In order to simplify and make the Group's internal structure more efficient, and to improve the overall service received by customers, Solteq Plc has started a project with the aim of merging Solteq Retail Ltd functionally and legally into the parent company. The functional merging will begin immediately and the legal merging is estimated to begin in June.
