Helsinki, Finland, 2012-05-24 13:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Stora Enso Oyj was informed on 24 May 2012 that after a return of shares lent out by Norges Bank and an acquisition of shares, the number of shares in the Company held by Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway) has exceeded 5% of the paid-up share capital and the number of shares in Stora Enso Oyj on 23 May 2012.
