Banca Sistema informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione, nella sua seduta del 30 luglio 2021, ha approvato, previo parere favorevole del Comitato per il Controllo Interno e Gestione dei Rischi, la "Delibera Quadro relativa ad operazioni aventi ad oggetto prodotti e servizi forniti da Banca Sistema nell'ambito delle proprie attività tipiche e ordinarie".

Banca Sistema informs that the "Framework resolution concerning the transactions with related parties for products and services provided by Banca Sistema within its typical and ordinary business" was approved by the Board of Directors at the meeting of July 30, 2021, in line with the favorable opinion of the Comitato di Controllo Interno e Gestione dei Rischi.
