Deposit advice of the interim results at June 30th 2021

Pesaro, 30 July 2021 – It is hereby communicated that the 2021 six months financial statements as approved the 30 July 2021 by the Biesse Board of Directors even, together with the positive opinion released by Deloitte & Touche S.p.A., has been deposited at the Company's registered office and Consob company.

These documents are also available on the website www.biessegroup.com investor relations area and on the website dedicated to this purpose as per the actual rules (storage)
