Basware Corporation stock exchange release, July 2, 2012 at 14:00 Basware delivers a scanning service of inbound invoices for a large, global industrial corporation Basware will deliver Basware Scan & Capture service to a Finnish, global industrial corporation. The value of the deal exceeds EUR 500.000 during the next three years. The service will be implemented globally. The customer is already using Basware Transaction services including the validation service for inbound paper invoices and the e-invoicing solution. Through the Scan & Capture service, Basware will be managing the customer's entire handling process of paper purchase invoices."By centralizing the handling of paper purchase invoices, our customer is able to further enhance the handling process and improve the cost effectiveness. With Basware's scanning service, the paper invoices are converted to e-invoices: the customer will receive only e-invoices and at the same we also activate the suppliers to send e-invoices in the future.
