Kaunas, Lithuania, 2012-07-11 11:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Managing Board of AB “Kauno energija” decided to approve the selling of all of the shares of UAB Kauno termofikacijos elektrinė owned by OAO “Gazprom” to “Clement Power Venture Inc.”, at the meeting which started at 10 o'clock on 10th of July, 2012, coordinating change of conditions of agreements signed with UAB Kauno termofikacijos elektrinė and reaching the optimum for AB “Kauno energija” from this selling.
