Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie

Torino, 6 settembre 2021 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 8 aprile 2021 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato nella stessa data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 30 agosto al 3 settembre 2021, ha acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario n. 20.000 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 8.970.040 azioni proprie, pari al 14,707% del capitale sociale.

Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, September 6 th, 2021 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 8th, 2021, whose commencement was announced on the same date, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period August 30th and 3 th September 2021, acquired on the MTA 20,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 8,970,040 treasury shares, equal to 14.707% of the share capital.
