Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

Public company Klaipėdos Nafta has signed the new agreement for reloading of more than 4 mln. tons of oil products

Public company Klaipėdos nafta, AB has signed a dark oil products transshipment services agreement with the Litasco S.A for the period up to second half of 2014. According to this contract “Klaipedos nafta”, AB will transship approx. 4 mln tons of dark oil products, which forms about 25 % of the Company's total transshipment capacity during contractual period.
