BFF notifies the execution and the completion of the shares' buy-back programme

Milan, 4 th October 2021 – BFF Bank S.p.A. ("BFF" or the "Bank") announces to have purchased, in the period between 28th September and 1 st October 2021, 320,949 ordinary treasury shares, equal to 0.173% of the total 185,267,073 issued shares, for a total amount – fees excluded – of Euro 2,639,952.13, within the shares' buy-back programme (the "Programme") resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting of 25th March 2021 (the "2021 AGM"), following the issuance of the prescribed authorization by the Bank of Italy on 21st September 2021, and under the launch resolved by the Board of Directors on 28th September 2021, already disclosed pursuant to EU Regulation n° 2016/1052.

Purchases were executed by the authorised intermediary Mediobanca S.p.A..

The aggregate of the daily buy-back transactions on Euronext Milan (former Mercato Telematico Azionario – MTA) managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. is reported below and attached the detail of such transactions executed in the aforementioned dates.
