Deposit of merger resolutions

Pesaro, 5 October 2021 – We inform that today 5 October 2021 we deposited in the Biesse H.O. the merger resolutions, mergers by incorporation, between Biesse S.p.A. and the company Uniteam s.p.a. and the company Bre.Ma Brenna Macchine s.r.l. -already part of the Biesse Group-. These resolutions have been already available on the dedicated site and on the Biesse official site www.biessegroup.com area investor relations.
