Capacities of the Subačius fuel facility can be moved to the terminal of the Company in Klaipėda

Klaipėdos Nafta AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) informs that following the draft Plan 2012 - 2016 of the Implementation of the National Energy Independence Strategy, as presented by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, which has not been approved yet, the capacities of the Subačius fuel facility in Kupiškis district owned by the Company will possibly be moved to the terminal of the Company in Klaipėda (if the Plan is approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and subsequently implemented). According to the preliminary estimates, it is possible that LTL 40 million will be invested into this project by 2016. The Company would like to note that, as mentioned above, the said draft Plan 2012 - 2016 of the Implementation of the National Energy Independence has not been yet approved and before its approval there is no guarantee that the capacities of the Subačius fuel facility will actually be moved to the terminal of the Company in Klaipėda.
