Publication of the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting and the new Articles of Association

Milan, 14th October 2021 – BFF Banking Group informs that today the following documents have been made available to the public, at the registered office of the Parent Company BFF Bank S.p.A. ("BFF" or the "Bank") in Milan – Via Domenichino n° 5, on the authorised storage mechanism , as well as in the BFF Group's website:

• the minutes of the Bank's ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, held on 7th October 2021, in the Investors > Governance > Shareholders' Meetings Documentation > Shareholders' Meetings 7th October 2021;
• BFF's Articles of Association, containing the amendments approved by the aforementioned Shareholders' Meeting in extraordinary session – filed with the Companies' Registration List of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi on 13th September 2021 – in the Investors > Governance > Corporate Documents > Articles of Association section. In this section of the Group's website the clean version of the Articles of Association, as updated, is available as well.
