Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie

Torino, 18 ottobre 2021 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 8 aprile 2021 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato nella stessa data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dall'11 al 15 ottobre 2021, ha acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario n. 24.400 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 9.145.440 azioni proprie, pari al 14,994% del capitale sociale.

Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, October 18th, 2021 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 8th, 2021, whose commencement was announced on the same date, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period October 11th and 15th, 2021, acquired on the MTA 24,400 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 9,145,440 treasury shares, equal to 14.994% of the share capital.
