S.p.A., nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie (il "Programma") - comunicato al mercato in data 21 aprile 2021 e avviato in data 21 aprile 2021 in esecuzione di quanto deliberato dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 21 aprile 2021 – comunica di aver acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., nel periodo 11 OTTOBRE – 15 OTTOBRE 2021, complessive n. 3.600 azioni proprie (pari allo 0,0141% del capitale sociale), al prezzo medio ponderato di Euro 17,5137 per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 63.049,45.

Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario Banca Akros, Codice LEI 549300GRXFI7D6PNEA68.

Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. as part of its treasury share buyback programme (the Programme) – which was announced to the market on 21 April 2021 and launched on 21 April 2021 implementing the 21 April 2021 Shareholders' Meeting resolution - in the 11 OCTOBER - 15 OCTOBER 2021 period, purchased on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA), managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., 3,600 treasury shares, (equal to 0.0141% of the share capital), at an average weighted price of € 17.5137, for a total value of € 63,049.45.
