Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

Public company Klaipėdos nafta has signed Construction Agreement for the Reconstruction of Facilities’ Park of Dark Oil Products

On 20-11-2012 Public company Klaipėdos nafta, AB has signed more than 21 million LTL construction agreement with Private company Rudesta, UAB. The contract is part of Klaipėdos nafta, AB Investment Project “Reconstruction of Dark Fuel Facillities' Park. (Demolition of 4 Repositories, 5000 m3 Capacity Each, and Installation of 2 Repositories, 32 250 m3 Capacity Each) Construction Works.”, and had been signed based on the result of the international tender procedures. The contractor, Rudesta, UAB, shall perform the whole reconstruction within one year. When the project will be completed Klaipėdos nafta, AB should have possibility to accept both light and dark oil products into its two renovated tanks.
