RESULTS OF THE SECOND EXERCISE PERIOD OF UNIDATA WARRANTS 2020-2022

Rome, November 18, 2021 - Unidata S.p.A., operator of telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that the Second Exercise Period of the "WARRANT UNIDATA 2020-2022" - ISIN Code: IT0005402968 - comprised between November 2 and November 17, 2021 inclusive, ended on November 17, 2021.

During the Second Exercise Period, 61,168 Warrants were exercised and, consequently, 15,292 newly issued Unidata S.p.A. shares with no par value were subscribed at the price of 16.9 euros per share (at a ratio of 1 (one) Conversion Share for every 4 (four) Warrants held), for a total value of 258,434.80 euros.

As a result of the above, the outstanding "Unidata Warrants 2020-2022" are reduced from 398,100 to 336,932 and may be exercised during the exercise period between November 2, 2022 and November 17, 2022 inclusive, as provided for in the Regulations of the same "Unidata Warrants 2020 -2022".

The Conversion Shares subscribed by the Warrant holders during the Exercise Period will be made available for trading, through Monte Titoli S.p.A., on the settlement day following the end of the last day of the relevant Exercise Period and will have the same rights as the Ordinary Shares traded on the Euronext Growth Milano market on the date of issue of the Conversion Shares.

The certificate, with the indication of the new share capital, will be communicated by the Company following its filing with the Register of Companies of Rome in accordance with the law.
