Panevezio Statybos Trestas AB - Notification on material event

REGARDING PROTRACTED SETTLEMENT

On 13 May 2009 Panevėžio statybos trestas AB submitted a claim to the Vilnius Regional Court requesting to adjudge from Macro Investment UAB the debt in the amount of 11,241,338.44 Litas, the incurred litigation costs and the interest at the rate of 15.21% for the amount adjudged from the moment the proceeding were taken at the court until the court decision is fully satisfied. On 10 December 2012 Panevėžio statybos trestas AB received from the Vilnius Regional Court a claim in the amount of 12,013,432 Litas submitted by Macro Investment UAB and the application of Macro Investment UAB to the court to impose temporary measures of protection. By the judgement dated 6 December 2012 the court had imposed temporary measures of protection which on 11 December 2012 were appealed against by an individual appeal lodged to the Lithuanian Court of Appeals requesting to lift temporary measures of protection and binding Macro Investment UAB over to pay to the court deposit account the security for recovery of possible losses of Panevėžio statybos trestas AB suffered as a result of temporary measures of protection.
