S.p.A., nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie (il "Programma") - comunicato al mercato in data 21 aprile 2021 e avviato in data 21 aprile 2021 in esecuzione di quanto deliberato dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 21 aprile 2021 – comunica di aver acquistato, nel periodo 15 NOVEMBRE – 19 NOVEMBRE 2021, complessive n. 1.100 azioni proprie (pari allo 0,0043% del capitale sociale), al prezzo medio ponderato di Euro 16,9818 per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 18.679,98.

S.p.A. as part of its treasury share buyback programme (the Programme) – which was announced to the market on 21 April 2021 and launched on 21 April 2021 implementing the 21 April 2021 Shareholders' Meeting resolution - in the 15 NOVEMBER - 19 NOVEMBER 2021 period, purchased 1,100 treasury shares, (equal to 0.0043% of the share capital), at an average weighted price of € 16.9818, for a total value of € 18,679.98.
