CHANGE IN THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Rome November 26, 2021 - Unidata S.p.A., operator of Telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the EGM market of Borsa Italiana, announces that a change in the calendar of corporate events for the year 2021 has taken place.

The following two events were added:

- November 29, 2021: Board of Directors meeting to review and approve the 2022-2024 business plan;

- November 30, 2021:

Presentation to analysts and investors of the 2022-2024 industrial budget;

In light of the above, the new updated 2021 financial calendar is as follows:

May 14, 2021	Shareholders' meeting
July 29, 2021	Board of Directors to review and approve Q2 2021 KPIs
September 30, 2021	Board of Directors to approve the voluntarily audited limited interim financial report as of June 30, 2021
October 04, 2021	Presentation to analysts and investors of Half-Year Results to June 30, 2021
October 28, 2021	Board of Directors to review and approve Q3 2021 KPIs
November 29, 2021	Board of Directors to examine and approve the 2022-2024 business plan
November 30, 2021	Presentation of the 2022-2024 industrial budget to analysts and investors
