NEW SHARES IN SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER, CHANGE IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OPTION PLAN I/2012

Helsinki, 2012-12-27 15:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- New shares: The 197 300 new shares subscribed in the share issue directed to the personnel of the company were entered into the Trade Register today. On 27th December has been registered 725 shares which has been subscribed using class F option certificates from I/1999 option program. The issue of the I/1999 Stock Option Program was approved by Annual General Meeting of August 5, 1999. After the Trade Register entry of the new shares, the number of company's shares is 30 750 983 and share capital was increased with 5 940,75 euro to 922 529,49 euro. The shareholder rights of the new shares arise as from the date of the Trade Register entry. Option plan: Terms and conditions of SSH Communications Security option plan I/2012 decided on 27th July 2012 has been modified as follows: subscription periods of options of series A and series B have been extended to September 1, 2017 when subscription period for series C also ends.
