DIGITAL BROS SIGNS CO-PUBLISHING AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH MERCURYSTEAM ENTERTAINMENT FOR A BRAND-NEW GAME

The RPG title will be available worldwide on both PC and consoles

Milan – November 30th , 2021 – Digital Bros Group (DIB:MI), listed on the Euronext STAR segment of Borsa Italiana and operating in the videogames market, today announces an agreement between its global publishing division 505 Games and MercurySteam Entertainment S.L. for the co-publishing and development of a new video game set for multiplatform global release.

Codenamed "Project Iron", the new videogame is a third person action RPG set in a dark fantasy world.

The intellectual property (IP) of the game is co-owned by Digital Bros and MercurySteam Entertainment through the joint-venture MSE & DB S.L. set up under the Spanish Law.

Project Iron's initial development investment amounts to Euro 27 million.
